Are you have having problems with online check-in with Ryanair or easyJet? Check whether you are using the correct information.

You can find all information about online check-in and the link to the airline's website under the header 'Documents & Passengers' in 'My Trip' on our website.

  • Sign in on 'My Trip' with your booking number (BBB-1234567) and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).
  • Go to the header 'Documents & Passengers'
  • Click on the 'Online check-in' button and follow the steps.


Ryanair:
With Ryanair your are obliged to check in online and print your boarding pass for every flight.

  • Online check-in is possible from 4 days to 2 hours prior to departure.
  • Make sure to use the email address that is mentioned in your eticket email. (This is an inactive email address created by us to use for your online check-in.)
  • Use the online check-in number mentioned on your e-ticket.

Note: If you cannot show your boarding pass at the airport, Ryanair can print the boarding pass for you against high charges.


easyJet:
With easyJet your are obliged to check in online and print your boarding pass for every flight.

  • Online check-in is possible from 30 days to 2 hours prior to departure.
  • Use the passenger's last name as written in the confirmation e-mail (without spaces).
  • Use the online check-in number mentioned on your e-ticket.
