You can request medical luggage and wheelchair assistance on our website via 'My Trip' under the tab 'Luggage & Seats'. To sign in, use your booking number (BBB-1231234) and the email address you used to make the booking.

Other special luggage:
You can request other types of special luggage (for example sports equipment or a musical instrument) at the airline's website. Usually you have to sign in on the airline's website. Use your online check-in number to sign in; you can find the number on your e-ticket.
