Creating a ticket from a call is needed to gain omni-channel view, and a 360 degrees view of our customers.
By creating a ticket from a call we connect all customers tickets.
- Click on the + and select 'Create new ticket'
- Click on the newly created ticket in your Freshcaller widget. (with the green tick behind it)
- A new window of Freshdesk opens with your newly created ticket opens
- Adjust ticket properties with:
- Type,(what was the call about)
- Status (always close)
- Booking Number
- Assign to (which affiliate/website)
- Update the ticket
- Close the new window and go back to your active Freshdesk window
