Creating a ticket from a call is needed to gain omni-channel view, and a 360 degrees view of our customers. 

By creating a ticket from a call we connect all customers tickets. 

  1. Click on the + and select 'Create new ticket'
  2. Click on the newly created ticket in your Freshcaller widget. (with the green tick behind it)
  3. A new window of Freshdesk opens with your newly created ticket opens
  4. Adjust ticket properties with:
    1. Type,(what was the call about)  
    2. Status (always close)
    3. Booking Number
    4. Assign to (which affiliate/website)
  5. Update the ticket
  6. Close the new window and go back to your active Freshdesk window
