Checking groups in Freshcaller
It might be that your agent does not have the right access to a group.
This can be the reason that an agent does not get any calls.
1. You can check this by going to:
- Admin
- Teams
- Search for the "new" language based queues. (those are the working ones. only exception is Kayak, and smaller Mediterranean markets)
2. Add your agent in the 'Team Details'
