Checking groups in Freshcaller

It might be that your agent does not have the right access to a group. 

This can be the reason that an agent does not get any calls. 

1.   You can check this by going to:

  1. Admin
  2. Teams
  3. Search for the "new" language based queues. (those are the working ones. only exception is Kayak, and smaller Mediterranean markets)

2.   Add your agent in the 'Team Details'
