- Retrieve the PNR from the queue in Traxx
- Sign in to Worldspan/Travelport
- Open the PNR in Worldspan in the correct office PCC
- Open the PNR in Traxx
(if not taken from the refund queue, but from a google sheet)
- Start the refund process in Traxx; part 1
- Process the refund in Worldspan with the TKT Assist. If the TKT Assist doesn't work, process the refund manually.
- Finalize the refund in Traxx; part 2
- update a non refundable discount if applicable
