On the TRAXX homepage a new customer can be created (for example in case of open orders). This is required before creating an order for this customer. 


1. In the top blue header select 'create new customer profile'

2. After clicking this button a screen appears where the customer details can be filled in. 

Once completed, 2 scenario's can happen:

    a. Customer already exists: a message will be displayed that the customer already exists. Click OK and search for the customer via the search box in the header of Traxx with the email address and add the new order to the customer profile by selecting the  '+'  on top of the list of orders.




    b. Customer is added: If the customer profile is successfully added this is confirmed by placing the details on the left side of the page. An order can be added by clicking on the + in the box under the customer details.
