1. Determine the departure date
if departure date > 2 days, assign to out of balance queue; and tell the customer that the booking is in progress and should receive his documents within 2 hours.
if departure within 2 days, handle the out of balance (see step 2)
2. Rebook the OOB booking via Traxx
if not successful, go to step 3
3. Determine GDS, LCC of Dynamic packages to handle OOB : Amadeus, Worlspan, LCC (Pyton/Travelfusion) or Dynamic Packages
