The name on your e-ticket must be the same as the name in your passport.

It must show your full first name and (maiden) name as listed in your passport.

If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to limit the costs for you.

You can use the 'name correction' option to do so.

If we need to change your e-ticket, we must follow the conditions stated by the airline. In some cases the airline's conditions stipulate that changes are not permitted. In that case, you will have to buy a new ticket.

In some cases, names can be changed after payment of administration fees, which can be either a fixed amount or a percentage of the ticket price.

Besides the costs charges by the airline, we also charge administration costs to effect the change for you. Changing a ticket is a complicated process which may take some time. We charge 50 euro administration costs per ticket. If you have purchased the Premium Service Package, you will not have to pay our administration costs.
