Queue 21C2: Major ASC, this queue generates emails for all major ASC.


  • Automated queue
  • Confirmation needed from the customer (button in email)
  • 2 emails + 1 reminder email

After the last reminder email we accept the ASC for the passenger and reissue the ticket. Any change or cancellation after that last mail is per the airlines ticket conditions.

The ASC emails we send to the customer are stored in Traxx:

When the customer accepts the ASC  by clicking on the button in the email, an automated remark is added to Traxx:
