Queue 21C3:  ASC where need to be handle manually 


Characteristics:

  • Manual queue
  • No confirmation needed from the customer (no button in email)
  • New e-ticket document attached to Minor ASC email
  • 21c3 Can result in sending a minor or a major ASC email. All further actions are described in 21C0 and 21C2


Example of PNR’s on 21C3:

  • Missing segment
  • UN/HX segments
  • Affecting MCT (Minimum Connecting Time)
