21C5 Is partly automated. PNR’s drop on this queue after a major ASC email is send.
Characteristics:
- Partially automated queue
- Waiting for confirmation on major ASC from customer
- Sends 1 email and 1 reminder email to customer
- Sending a reminder email from 21C5 is a manual process
- Acceptance button in email
The PNR is removed from the queue after the customer accepted the major ASC via the button in the email
