We have several sources for Social Tickets:
- Facebook Wall
- Facebook Messenger
- Twitter Direct Message
When it is a Facebook message it will show a Facebook logo and if it is a Twitter message it will show a Twitter logo.
When opening the social ticket you can see before the subject what type of social message it is.
For Facebook messenger the icon in the message looks like:
For Facebook wall the icon looks like:
For Twitter private messages the icon looks like:
For Twitter public messages the icon looks like:
For Trustpilot the icon looks like:
and the ticket "Type" in the properties is set as "Trustpilot"
